Weekday Reservation Fee:
Monday - Thursday $150.00 per Day
Weekend Reservation Fee:

Ritter Park Room with a View
Accommodates 50 people
The Ritter Park Rose Garden Room with a View measures approximately 24' X 24' and is equipped with approximately 50 chairs and 14 tables which vary in size. (4 rectangular 24" X 40", 6 rectangular 24" X 48", 5 round 48”) The Room has an outdoor deck area with spectacular views of the Grounds. A separate galley style “caterer’s kitchen” is available for your use with your Room with a View rental. All alcohol served during your reservation must stay inside the Room with a View. The Grounds are available for use from 8:00 a.m. until Dark and The Room With A View is available from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 a.m.

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations made that are cancelled 30 days or more prior to the reservation date will receive a full refund.
Reservations made that are cancelled 15 – 29 days prior to the reservation date will receive a 50% (half) refund.
Reservations made that are cancelled less than 15 days prior to the reservation date will not receive any refund.
